Information you provide

• Name, date of birth and nationality.

Sensitive information

Where necessary and with your consent or as permitted by law, we process government identifiers for verification and AML purposes.

Payment data

Payment instrument details needed to process deposits and withdrawals. Card and payment data are handled by our third-party payment providers under their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically

IP address, device and browser characteristics, operating system, language, referring URLs, approximate location, and log/usage data such as pages viewed and actions taken. This supports security, operation and analytics.

We process personal data on the bases of your consent, performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests (such as security, fraud prevention and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

We may share personal data with our platform provider (WePlay Network) and group affiliates, payment and verification providers, business partners for specific promotions, and regulators or law-enforcement bodies where required or to defend legal rights, including in connection with a business transfer. Information you post in public areas of the service may be visible to other users.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and web beacons) to operate and secure the service, remember your preferences, and understand and improve how the service is used.

Where we no longer have a legitimate need, we delete or anonymise the data or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures. No transmission over the internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; you access the service at your own risk and should keep your credentials confidential.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided data, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact privacy@kothpoker.com if you believe we hold data relating to a minor.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@kothpoker.com. Some data must be retained to meet legal obligations even after a deletion request. You may also opt out of marketing via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to SMS.
